In order to participate in HMS Athletics, all student-athletes must have a current physical on file, provide proof or residency thru the Guidance office, parental consent, and proof of insurance.  A copy of the front and back of each student-athletes insurance card is to be kept on file in the Athletic office.  Please ensure your student-athlete has meet all of the above requirements in order to be eligible for participation.  Please contact Coach Pasterchick with any concerns or questions.
