Welcome to History
This will be my 9th year of teaching and my 2nd year in Desoto County Schools. I have taught PreK-3rd Grade & 4th-5th Grade Science and Social Studies in Jackson Public Schools. I started playing basketball in Middle School and continued my career playing South Georgia Technical College in Americus, Georgia. I finished my career at Tougaloo College where I received my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood.
I am currently the head Girls Basketball Coach and Girls Track Coach. Goooooo Tigers!! I am excited to be the History Teacher and Coach for this upcoming school year. Please let me know if I can help you in any way.

My favorite color is pink. I absolutely love teaching and being a mom. I am a proud mother of 3 amazing children 2 boys and 1 girl. I am from Jackson MS. where I have lived most of my life. I love to travel sing, and dance. I am so excites to be apart of the HMS family.
